Trauma amplifies chronic back pain and can even create it without physical damage. Your brain considers both body signals (e.g., disc pressing a nerve) and stress levels when deciding pain intensity. More stress, anxiety, or depression (which lower pain-killing chemicals) lead to more perceived pain.

I also offer Personal Training to assess your level of fitness and design and deliver a programme to help you achieve your fitness goals. I specialise in Bootcamp style outdoor fitness and am also qualified to teach Boxercise, Pre & Post Natal Fitness, Kettle-Bells, Suspension Training, Circuit Training and Functional Fitness.
